The only problem I've noticed is that if you have tabs hidden but try to switch between your open tabs using Ctrl - Tab on the keyboard, you will get stuck as it will eventually try to tab onto a hidden tab but then immediately switch back to the previous tab. So it's effectively impossible to use Ctrl - Tab if you've hidden any tabs at all; you will get stuck.

What about a feature that hides a tab in the tab bar, but the tab is still available if you switch with the Tab-Key?

Hi! I'm using Firefox 3.6 with HideTab 1.5. Why the command "Restore All Tabs" using CTRL+ALT+Q don't works fine? When pressing "CTRL+ALT+Q" Firefox display the bar "Quick Find"... How to use CTRL+AL+Q without this problem? Thanks

Great add-on, thanks.

I do notice that when I close a tab that isn't hidden, I can sometimes see a flash of the last hidden tab. I notice it more when I have many tabs (20+) open/hidden at a time.

One more thing:

When closing a tab and Firefox jumps to an already hidden tab, the content of the just closed tab remains visible. The default page or any other visible tab content should be shown.

Thanks for this cool extension nonetheless...

I love it!

The only thing I don't like is that hidden tabs are like unsurmountable obstacles when switching tabs with ctrl+pgup/pgdn
